Overview:
Due to increased demand in design requirements, we're looking for an experienced electrical engineer to join our team. This is a prefect opportunity for someone to help shape the future of our design division. Our projects range from small electric vehicle charging sites to large scale solar farms, offices, large industrial warehouses and more.
Who the role would suit:
* Experienced in managing multiple projects at once and prioritising workload as required
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Meeting with clients and looking after projects independently
* Surveying existing electrical systems to aid designs
* Preparation of specifications
* Preparation of technical drawings
* Undertaking design calculations
* Understanding of BS 7671 and relevant British Standards
Requirements:
* Full time, permanent position
* Working hours Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1630
* Minimum of 3 years experience in building services design
* HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
* Experience in use of the following: AutoCAD, Trimble ProDesign (Amtech), Dialux, Relux. Additional experience would be beneficial: Revit, ElectricalOM
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* A clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Pay & Benefits
* Up to £60,000 depending on experience

* 31 days holidays (inclusive of public holidays). 1 day additional for each full year up to a maximum of 4
