Support Worker Role at Radis Community Care
We are looking for Support Workers to join our brand new supported living residential service in Aldridge WS9. You will be part of a team supporting 17 young men and women in their own homes with learning disabilities. Each individual has unique interests, such as shopping, cooking, swimming, trips, activities in the hub like film nights and pamper sessions, and dining out.
Your responsibilities include providing personal care, medication management, assistance with daily living skills, and engaging activities. You will be supported by a great team dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.
Shift Details
* 7am – 2.30pm or 2.30pm – 10pm
* Alternate weekends
* Part-time and full-time hours available
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues is preferred. However, if you are new to care, we offer full training, including the Care Certificate and courses in learning disability awareness, autism awareness, and mental health awareness.
