As a Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in your store's success. Your responsibilities will include delivering a customer-centric store experience and managing day-to-day store operations.
What We’re Looking For
This dynamic role requires passionate, curious individuals who thrive in a growth-oriented, team-focused, and customer-centric environment. Candidates should have:
* Previous retail experience, preferably in a premium retail setting.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
* Quick learning ability and the capacity to develop extensive product knowledge across fashion, footwear, and accessories.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Set high standards for customer service and sales, serving as an R.M.Williams role model.
* Maintain visual standards to create an appealing store environment and presentation.
* Provide exceptional Signature Service, welcoming each customer into the R.M.Williams experience.
* Engage actively in selling products and participate in promotions and activities to meet sales goals.
* Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
