Responsibilities
* Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
* Handle inbound calls and answer questions
* Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
Qualifications
* Previous experience resolving problems with users and diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)
* Excellent time management skills
* Can be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting due to varied nature of the role
