Key Responsibilities Assessment & Achievement: Support current Year 5 pupils through their end-of-year assessments with a focus on a "low-stress, high-success" environment. Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum. Phonics Expertise: Utilise your knowledge of phonics (Read Write Inc) to bridge gaps in reading and writing. Transition Management: Lead a robust transition for the incoming Year 5s, ensuring they feel secure, happy, and ready to learn after the summer break.
