We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Support Worker to join our highly experienced care team. We are looking for dedicated healthcare professionals with a passion for providing holistic family centred care to a caseload of very special and inspiring children, young people, and their families. As a Ty Hafan Healthcare Support Worker you will be supported in main and develop your skills to a high standard, in addition to working closely with Nurses and the wider team of professionals to provide truly intuitive and creative care that goes beyond your usual tasks. About the role As a Healthcare Support Worker your responsibility will be to contribute in the delivering safe and supportive care to children resident in the hospice, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.As a Ty Hafan Healthcare Support Worker tasks will be delegated by a Registered Nurse, in consideration of your level of skill and confidence. You will be responsible for providing care in line with our individualised care plans, designed by Registered Nurses in compliance with current guidelines, regulations and policies.Our skilled team provide specialist care for children and young people with a wide range of complex conditions therefore, at Ty Hafan your work will be extremely varied, and deeply fulfilling.
