What are we looking for?
Skills and experience required Strong visual storytelling ability – to translate ideas into compelling, educational content. Brand development expertise – maintaining and evolving a consistent brand voice and aesthetic. Social media strategy – an understanding of platform-specific content (E.g. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Proficiency in design tools – such as Canva or similar Leadership and collaboration skills

Palmed Academy is a mission-driven organisation dedicated to transforming medical education and healthcare capacity Gaza and Palestine. We support accessible education for medical, nursing, and dental students in Gaza. Through our programs, 200 new doctors graduated in Gaza in January 2025. Palmed Academy is looking for a dynamic Creative Director to lead the visual and storytelling strategy across all social media channels. Responsibilities Develop a brand centre. Develop and execute creative strategies for social media campaigns. Lead a team of content creators. Ensure brand consistency across all social content. Translate educational goals into engaging visual storytelling. Collaborate with website, fundraising & marketing teams on campaign direction. Analyse content performance and optimise for engagement. Stay current with trends and innovations in social media. Oversee production of video, graphic, and motion content.
