The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Regional Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the logistics happen exactly as planned. You will be the guardian of the project flow, ensuring that data is accurate, lead times are verified, and roadblocks are removed so that global deployments stay on track. If you are an administrative powerhouse who thrives on detail and enjoys \"owning\" the logistical health of complex international projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Regional Data Ownership: Own the integrity of trackers, ensuring 100% accuracy of key data points so that logistics and deployment teams have a single source of truth.
* BOM & Procurement Verification: Review Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and liaise with distributors to verify lead times, ensuring the smooth flow of the procurement process.
* Access & Permission Governance: Manage access requests for PlanGrid and key trackers, ensuring project security protocols are followed before granting entry.
* Escalation Management: Follow a rigorous escalation protocol (P0–P3) to ensure the right people (Lead EPM & TPM) have the right info at the right time.
* The Communication Hub: Act as the central link between project teams and global stakeholders.
* Meeting Leadership: Own the project meeting cycle to ensure all action points relative to GBIPS are captured, carried out, and completed with precision.
* Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate all team members to ensure workflows remain on schedule and follow up on previously flagged issues to ensure closure.
Qualifications & Experience
* Level 3 (or equivalent) or higher qualification in a relevant field
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

* Platform Oversight: Review REWS Approved platforms and manage key milestone date changes, securing TPM sign-off for critical updates.
* Service Delivery Support: Provide hands-on support for service delivery processes and resolve issues as they arise.
