Experience within insurance or financial services is advantageous. Ability to succinctly summarise large data sets. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Competent use of SQL. Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into meaningful analysis. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis within the speech platform. Create and maintain categories to support analysis and tracking. Turn large data sets into actionable insights. Create dashboards and insight packs as needed. Ensure governance and controls related to the speech platform.
