We are looking for a motivated anddetail-oriented Administrator/Typist to join our supportive team at MelbournePark Medical Centre. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running ofour administrative processes and supporting clinical staff with accurate andtimely documentation.

Typing & Documentation
Accurately type clinical letters, referral documents, and reports from audio dictation or handwritten notes. Maintain and update patient records in line with confidentiality and data protection policies.
Administrative Support
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and post.
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper-based) in an organised and accessible manner.
Data Entry & Record Keeping
Input data into clinical systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne) with a high level of accuracy.

High QOF achievers with a list size of around 8500.Manageable workload with a low visit rate. EMIS Web Clinical System with DocmanX document management software.
Access to ARRS roles, including Clinical Pharmacists, Dietitian, Social Prescribers and First Contact Physiotherapists, as part of Aspire PCN.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or typing role.
* - Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
* - Good communication and organisational skills.
* - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in healthcare or GP Practice Setting.
* Knowledge of medical Terminology.
