The Company:

The Role:
* Identify new business opportunities with solar installers, focusing on consumer/residential markets.
* Build long-term relationships with solar installers across the UK.
* Collaborate with internal teams to strategize sales growth.
* Conduct video, phone, and face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients.
* Network, research, and identify new clients by monitoring trends and competitors.
Required Skills:
* 2+ years of sales experience for a distributor of residential solar PV systems, including technical, pre-sales, or installation management.
* Deep understanding of installer pain points (e.g., system efficiency, ROI period, roof compatibility, policy incentives).
* Excellent communication skills at all levels with natural commercial awareness.
Our client offers an attractive basic salary depending on experience, plus a car allowance and company benefits. The role is hybrid, working 2 days per week from either Milton Keynes or Cambridge, with attendance at client meetings expected. Candidates ideally living within easy reach of Oxford, Cambridge, or Milton Keynes are encouraged to apply.
