Responsibilities
* Craft dynamic lesson plans and innovative assessment strategies that cater to diverse learning styles in an inclusive and engaging environment.
* Shape the curriculum, contribute to development of new resources, and participate in curriculum meetings and projects.
* Inspire and guide students through recruitment and induction activities, and provide ongoing assessments.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and development.
Qualifications
* Previous experience of delivering GCSE and / or Functional Skills Maths.
* Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
* Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
* The ability to work successfully within a team.
* A passion for teaching and learning.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
