Maybe you’re a qualified Hairdresser with great people skills and aspirations to make a difference to the next generation of learners? – Have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing and recent industry experience
– Hold an A1 or D32/33 Assessors Awards or a desire to undertake them
– Have experience within a similar job role and Apprenticeship Learning, however if you’re interested in a trainee role this is not required, as full training will be given
– Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
– Have great communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with Apprentices, Employers and Peers
– Be computer literate and willing to embrace new technologies
– Be a team player and able to work on your own initiative
