Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Trowbridge
Basic Salary: GBP 28,000
OTE: GBP 35,000 : GBP 38,000+ per annum
Shift and Schedule: Trading hours are 9am : 5:30pm (Mon:Sat) and closed Sunday. 5:7 day working pattern.

: Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personal sales results
: Support the Store Manager in running daily operations : stock, compliance and reporting
: Motivate and coach the team to hit sales and service targets
: Ensure every customer leaves with the right product and a smile
: Help create a welcoming, customer:first environment
: Step up in the Store Manager's absence, taking full responsibility for the store
: Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve performance
Successful applicant:
: Background in retail or assisted sales, ideally telecoms or tech
: Strong sales record : target:driven and results:focused
