As an Admin Specialist you will be in charge of managing administrative service requirements, providing office management solutions. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Liaise with procurement management vendors, including cleaning, facilities use, and security services.
Maintain the office operation management, such as responsible for the delivery, tracking and customs declaration of company packages; complete the purchase of office needs; handling general phone calls and email, and support staff queries regarding office management issues
Assist the CEO Office in on-site administrative service related work, organize office events, team building activities.
Fleet management, management company cars, pool car and car insurances.
Partner with HR to maintain office policies and improve employees benefits as necessary, and assist onboarding and offboarding processes.
and manage the company's existing fixed assets and maintain related ledgers.
Assist other colleagues with urgent matters when required.
Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Must hold a valid visa that permits full-time work.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
A valid driving licence is an advantage.
