Job: Aircraft Technician Company: BAE Systems Hourly Rate: £23.38 PAYE or £31.34 UmbrellaLocation: Coningsby - on-siteContract: 6 months (Opportunity to be extended)Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 4 on 4 off, alternating day and nights shiftsKey Responsibilities:
* Demonstrating breadth of systems experience, currency & recency capturing skills, knowledge and authorities for working on Aircraft or in workshops.
* 3 years relevant work experience within an aircraft maintenance environment and within an aircraft maintenance.
* Ensures full compliance, both personally and within the team, with risk assessments and Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
* Knowledge of scheduled servicing & EVM techniques
Skills & Qualifications:
* 3 years relevant work experience within aircraft maintenance.
* Fastjet or Typhoon experience highly desirable.
* Minimum NVQ in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
