ABOUT THE ROLE As our Service Excellence Trainer, you will play a key role in elevating the guest experience across our luxury F&B venues. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver impactful training initiatives that drive service standards, empower our teams, and enhance revenue performance. You'll champion a culture of excellence by designing and leading engaging training sessions, developing an induction programme with a supportive buddy system, and implementing a Train the Trainer model to build in-house expertise. With a focus on both service quality and commercial outcomes, you'll also deliver upsell training aimed at increasing average spend per head. SALARY: 35000 - 38000 per annum HOURS: 40 hours full time - weekend work included RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a structured service excellence training schedule across the business Deliver engaging service training sessions, including pre-shift flash training, supplier-led sessions, and team briefings Drive service standards through team incentives, competitions, and continuous learning initiatives Conduct upsell training to support an increase in Average Spend Per Head (ASPH) by 2 per cover Design and implement a "Train the Trainer" programme to build a network of subject-specific internal experts Develop and manage a comprehensive induction programme, including a buddy system to support new team members SKILLS YOU WILL BRING Exceptional observational skills, with the ability to identify service gaps, team strengths, and areas for improvement in a fast-paced luxury F&B environment Proven experience in designing and delivering effective 'Train the Trainer' programmes, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and knowledge transfer High levels of energy, passion, and presence, capable of inspiring and energising teams through engaging training sessions and on-the-floor coaching Composed and influential coaching style, with the ability to guide, mentor, and challenge team members constructively to achieve excellence in service Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build rapport across all levels of the business and deliver clear, impactful messaging PERKS & BENEFITS Discounts: We offer a range of discounts on our products, treatments, and dining experiences from day 1.
