Description Job Description Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £27,245 - £27,628 per year Vacancy: 2 Permanent and 1 fixed term for 1 year View the Administrative Assistant job profile South Lanarkshire Council's Landlord Registration Section is seek to recruit 2 full time permanent and 1 full time temporary (1 year) Administrative Assistants to undertake clerical and administrative duties associated with the Service. Can you rise to the challenge of working within a demanding, fast paced environment? The role is varied, you will deal with members of the public on a daily basis online and on the phone therefore you must be able to display a customer focused approach that matches service delivery. You will also be responsible for processing information in relation to the online Landlord Register. Your communication style will need to vary depending on the aspect of the role that you are delivering; therefore you will need to demonstrate practical examples of how your communication style varies according to the type of customer that you are dealing with. We require candidates to display a commitment to learning and enhancing their understanding and commitment to the role. The ability to work to tight deadlines, together with problem solving, team working and first class communication skills are essential. You will enjoy working in a diverse environment and have a flexible attitude to change.
