Our client is a dedicated property finance lender delivering adaptable bridging and development finance across residential and commercial sectors.
Due to expansion and growth, an opportunity has become available for a Graduate to join their operations team.

Responsibilities:
* Set up newly approved loans for monitoring and manage the onboarding process.
* Coordinate and review drawdown requests for development facilities.
* Track development loans to ensure conditions and funding milestones are met.
* Monitor upcoming maturities and support extensions, renewals, or refinancing reviews.
* Assist the finance team with the full loan redemption process.
* Maintain accurate and organised loan files and documentation.
* Follow up on outstanding loan conditions to ensure full compliance.
* Process loan-related payments and borrower repayments alongside the finance team.
* Provide general administrative and operational support.
