As a Reward Analyst you will focus on the data and analytics required to support all aspects of the annual compensation processes at Quilter. One of our most important processes is the Group’s annual salary and incentive cycle in Q1 each year, which to deliver requires a raft of activities across the team, that you will play a key role in.
The emphasis will be on all data elements that form part of our compensation cycle, including the completion and analysis of market data compensation surveys, the maintenance of incentive accrual files, the maintenance and evolution of Reward‑built employee job matching and benchmarking databases, the development and testing of the year‑end compensation tool (PayScale), and the upkeep of other Reward systems and trackers. You will also support the peer‑to‑peer employee recognition platform (Thank Q) and its quarterly reporting.
This role will support the preparation and analysis of annual regulatory disclosures such as Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap calculations and Real Living Wage monitoring. It will also partner with the wider HR function and business to provide technical reward guidance, salary and incentive package recommendations, redundancy and exit schedules, reward governance advice, market trends, and reward cost analysis.
You will contribute to project work on strategic priorities and may use artificial intelligence (Copilot) to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
* Support all stages of the compensation cycle, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
* Maintain incentive accrual files and benchmark databases.
* Develop and test the year‑end compensation tool (PayScale).
* Manage the Thank Q employee recognition platform and produce quarterly engagement reports.
* Prepare regulatory disclosures: Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap, Real Living Wage.
* Provide technical guidance on salary and incentive package design.
* Advisory tasks: employee redundancy schedules, reward governance, cost analysis.
* Contribute to strategic projects and use AI solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
* Experience supporting 2–3 compensation cycles in a reward or HR analyst role.
* Understanding of financial services reward structures and tools such as Willis Towers Watson and McLagan.
* High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Workday HCM and/or Curo Compensation (PayScale) preferred.
* Strong numeracy, analytical mindset, and ability to work with large data sets.
* Experience using AI solutions like Copilot for efficiency is beneficial.
