As Contracts Manager, you'll be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion—ensuring they're delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with internal departments, external stakeholders, and site teams to uphold Connolly ethos and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of project delivery.

What you will be responsible for…
* Lead and manage operational site teams and project resources
* Oversee project planning, site setup, and programme management
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards
* Liaise with internal departments and external subcontractors
* Monitor subcontractor performance and manage valuations
* Chair pre-start, progress, and close-out meetings
* Manage variations, RFIs, and contractual documentation
* Compile handover packs and operational manuals
What we'd like from you…
* Proven experience managing multiple construction projects
* Strong understanding of inter-departmental processes and commercial awareness
* Familiarity with legislative and quality standards
* Knowledge of customer service KPIs and HR procedures
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Commercially astute and customer-focused
* Sound building knowledge (practical and theoretical)
* Committed to Health & Safety and continuous professional development
