Join to apply for the LR219609 Production Assistant role at NHS Scotland.
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable person to join our Catering team in the Central Production Unit in Dr Grays Hospital to cover maternity leave. You will need to be able to prioritise daily kitchen duties in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
This person will be key to the efficient service of meals to patients ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and food safety are maintained. You will need to be flexible, committed and have a positive attitude to your work. Working shifts as highlighted below, post holder will need to be flexible to cover other shifts as and when required.
Hours: 34.60 hrs per week, 5 days per week Rota
* Monday - Thursday 0700-1430
* Friday 0700-1406
* Sat: Day Off
* Sun: Day Off
Qualifications & Experience
* Ideally you will have some catering experience
* A good knowledge of food hygiene and environmental health standards
