Description Are you ready to take the next step in your career, working with young children (birth to five years) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Is inclusion at the heart of your practice and do you want to finish each day knowing you've made a meaningful and lasting difference to a child, a nursery setting, or a family? If you answered yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic, multi-skilled, and adaptable practitioner to join our highly respected team of SEND Early Years Practitioners. Our work is driven by a strong commitment to inclusion and early support. In this role, you will: Deliver targeted modelling sessions to support children and settings Provide high-quality advice and guidance on inclusive practice Facilitate training sessions Contribute to the wider SEND Early Years Service As part of this well-established team, you will promote inclusive practice in early years settings and schools, working collaboratively with families and multi-agency professionals. We are looking for candidates who: Are passionate about championing change for children with SEND in the Early Years Have extensive experience working directly with children with SEND and complex medical needs Are team-oriented, self-motivated, and creative Thrive when working collaboratively with educational settings to build a team around the child Are confident in communicating directly with settings and families If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. The post is full time and will be based at St Mary’s Eastbourne with requirement to travel across the County.
