We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join a burgeoning Nursery setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development, who is committed to delivering high:quality care and learning experiences in a supportive and child:centred environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Practitioner:

Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
*
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
*
Observe, assess, and record each childs progress
*
Be a key person to a group of children, building strong and trusting relationships with families
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
*
Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare procedures at all times
Requirements of a Nursery Practitioner:
*
A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Nursery (or equivalent)
*
or Proven experience working in a Nursery or Nursery setting
*
Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
*
Passionate about supporting childrens learning through play
*
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teamwork
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
