What we’re looking for:
5. Previous experience within high-end kitchens
6. Strong classical cooking foundation with refined presentation skills
7. Passion for seasonal Scottish produce
8. Calm and organised during service
9. Excellent attention to detail and consistency
10. A genuine desire to be part of a close-knit, ambitious brigade
11. Full driving licence preferred due to rural location
