SEN Teaching Assistant - Alternative Provision Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive Daily Rate Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an alternative provision in the Kettering area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with complex needs who require additional emotional, behavioural, and educational support. The provision offers a structured and nurturing environment for students who may find mainstream education challenging. The successful candidate will be patient, resilient, and passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential both academically and emotionally.
