Project Manager – Finance & Solutions
Location: 3 days on site – Cirencester, UK (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time | Salary: £60,000 + Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the transformation of our Finance and Solutions functions as we evolve into a scalable, services-led Managed Services Provider (MSP). This strategic role will drive process optimisation, systems integration, and governance to support profitable, recurring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a high-impact Finance & Solutions transformation programme aligned to business strategy.
2. Define and implement scalable operating models across Finance, IT, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Service Delivery.
3. Deliver end-to-end process improvements across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and service lifecycle management.
4. Oversee systems integration across CRM, ERP, and ITSM platforms.
5. Strengthen financial controls, reporting, and automation.
6. Manage stakeholders, governance, risks, and programme delivery through PMO structures.
7. Drive change management and user adoption across cross-functional teams.
About You
8. Proven experience delivering complex business or digital transformation programmes.
9. Strong understanding of finance, service delivery, and systems integration.
10. Skilled in stakeholder management, governance, and process optimisation.
11. Experience with CRM, ERP, and ITSM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) is desirable.
12. Background in Managed Services, VAR, Systems Integration, or technology-led organisations is advantageous.
13. PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent certification preferred.
