This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join a leading international law firm.
You’ll be joining a highly regarded Real Estate team and working closely with an experienced Partner on high-value transactions, mainly involving landlord and tenant matters, corporate support work, and portfolio management for major international brands. The team works with a diverse range of UK and international clients, including global sports brands, international coffee chains, and well-known UK businesses.
The Role
* Manage a varied caseload and advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management.
* Support the wider Real Estate team in driving continued growth across the department.
* Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice aligned with client objectives.
* Manage files independently while contributing to team projects and departmental initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues through a confident and collaborative approach.
