We're expanding our Recovery Team and are looking for a motivated, detail-driven individual who wants to build a long-term career in motor insurance and claims handling. If you have at least 6 months of administrative or clerical experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, professional environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll manage your own portfolio of non-fault motor recovery claims, guiding cases from start to finish with full training and ongoing support.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling non-fault motor recovery claims from initiation through to settlement
* Liaising with insurers, solicitors, third parties, and internal teams
* Gathering, checking, and organising supporting documentation
* Maintaining accurate case records on the system
* Managing correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries
* Assessing liability and reviewing evidence
What We're Looking For
* At least 6 months clerical, administrative, or office-based experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and workloads effectively
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
* A genuine interest in developing a career within motor claims or insurance
