You'll be working in a beautiful school setting, preparing fresh, vibrant meals for pupils and staff. This position is paid at 14.50 per hour, based on 40 hours per week across 48 working weeks-equating to a total annual salary of 27,840, plus holiday entitlement (4.4 weeks). Job Description Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times Ensure consistency in food quality across all dishes Contribute to menu planning and help develop creative ideas for the kitchen Work in a supportive and rewarding environment with a well-established culinary team Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., Food Safety Level 2 or equivalent). Ability to prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to a consistent standard. Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with the ability to work under pressure. Good understanding of dietary requirements and ability to cater to various dietary needs.
