Anderson Knight is recruiting a skilled Administrator to join our client based in South Lanarkshire.
You will report to the Service Commercial Manager and play a key role in ensuring service visits are verified and closed within 24 hours, accurately preparing costings for completed work, and submitting invoices promptly in the required formats and timescales.
Salary: Up to £27,000
Hours: 40 hour working work with flexible start and finish times.
Hybrid working is available after completion of training and probationary period.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review, close and verify all service visits and update status on the internal system.
• Accurately cost and submit completed jobs for invoicing in the required format.
• Review and resolve all invoice-related queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure all jobs are completed and submitted on relevant client web portals.
• Process and verify engineers’ weekly timesheets prior to payroll submission.
• Handle telephone and email queries from clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to the ISO Business Management system.
Key Attributes and Skills:
• Previous experience in invoicing (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel.
• Confidence in making independent decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage your workload effectively and work on your own initiative.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business.
