Role Summary
Fuelled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments. The Biosurgery Sales Specialist will drive growth of the J&J MedTech Biosurgery (Adjunctive Haemostat) portfolio within key surgical private and NHS centres in the Midlands area, focusing on account planning, sales execution, and collaboration with the wider MedTech family.
Responsibilities
* Build an in-depth understanding of market dynamics within key accounts, adapting strategy to maximise sales opportunities within Biosurgery.
* Lead the territory through the development of comprehensive business plans, focusing on highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business, including taking competitor share and adoption of new technologies while maintaining key customers and core business.
* Lead and develop accounts, managing the relationship between the company and the customer, ensuring alignment of all efforts to improve impact and drive growth.
* Drive internal collaboration to maximise opportunities across the wider MedTech family while developing key customer relationships and building advocacy for the J&J MedTech Surgery portfolio.
* Effectively manage stakeholders, ensuring the right resources and support are available to execute strategies in the Biosurgery (Adjunctive Haemostat) market.

Qualifications
* Proven track record of sales success within Biosurgery or the wider surgical environment.
* Extensive knowledge of both NHS and Private sector markets across multidiscipline surgical areas.
* Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders to drive plans and strategies forward.
* Effective communication skills, presenting aims and objectives clearly and concisely.
* Influencing and business partnering skills – understanding stakeholder requirements, analysing requirements, developing strategies that drive adoption of technologies, and becoming a trusted advisor.
