Store Manager, Tommy Hilfiger – Oxford

About the Role
Our stores are the heart of our business. As Store Manager you will champion the brand, inspire your team, manage day‑to‑day operations, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the store management team to achieve company standards/goals: sales, SPH, UPT, conversion rate, wage and expense control, shrinkage, mystery shops, audits, and profitability.
* Identify opportunities and collaborate with others to grow the business or improve performance.
* Provide a positive store experience for customers and staff, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and “door‑to‑floor” best practices.
* Communicate with the buying team to maintain correct stock levels.
* Analyze store‑level reports and create action plans to improve results.
* Set clear sales/KPI goals with staff and communicate results regularly.
* Recruit, hire, orient, and manage the team, including manpower planning and performance management.
* Provide ongoing training and coaching, ensuring documentation of staff development.
* Lead weekly management and staff meetings, and contribute to regional meetings.
* Make decisions under changing conditions, setting challenging but attainable goals with a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
* Create an energetic and collaborative culture around shared goals and values.
Required Qualifications
* Extensive experience connecting with consumers in a brand‑retail environment.
* Previous retail operations experience, including budgeting, planning and sales management.
* Proven people‑management skills with conflict resolution and coaching abilities.
* Strong communication skills and ability to foster belonging.
* Collaborative mindset, celebrating contributions and achievements of others.
* Comfortable giving constructive feedback and driving positive behavioral change.
* Fast‑paced, energetic, and able to inspire trust with a clear presence on floor.
