Employment Associate / Senior Associate / Legal Director - Liverpool

There are 2 positions available and the Partners are considering a broad range of PQE. They will also consider NQ candidates with a proven interest in employment law.
Summary
* Job title: Associate to Legal Director - 2 positions available
* Location: Liverpool
* Salary: £50,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience)
* Reports to: Partner / Head of Department
* Work pattern: Hybrid
* Previous Experience: Broad range of experience considered. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong respondent experience.
Broad scope of quality employment work
This is a highly regarded and well-established employment team advising on the full range of contentious respondent matters and advisory work.
Contentious matters include:
* unfair dismissals,
* wrongful dismissals,
* employment contract breaches,
* claims brought under the equality
* whistleblowing cases.
Non-contentious advisory matters include:
* advising on TUPE matters;
* Organisational change including redundancies
* HR policy;
* Corporate support work
