Personal Tax Manager – Altrincham – £45,000 - £60,000 (Hybrid Work Model & Wider Benefits)
An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a top-tier independent tax advisory firm, currently looking to recruit a skilled Personal Tax Manager Compliance & Advisory to join their vibrant Altrincham office.
Renowned for their expert, high-value tax solutions, the firm supports a broad portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, corporates and private clients.
This position offers the perfect blend of technical complexity – on par with Big 4 standards – and hands‑on client interaction, all within a boutique advisory environment.
Your New Role:
* Work with clients including entrepreneurs and founders, growing SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, non-domiciled clients and trusts.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
* Advise clients on a range of tax matters, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax and the tax implications of trusts and estates.
* Work closely with ex Big 4 Partners and have open lines of communication across the firm.
* Supervise and support junior team members, offering guidance and technical review.

What you'll need to succeed:
* ACA/CTA/ACCA qualified.
* Experience from a professional services background in UK Personal tax with exposure to tax advisory projects.
* Ability to manage client relationships and deadlines under pressure.
