Robert Half are recruiting a HR Business Partner for a growing, PE backed business with a UK Head Office based south of Manchester. Reporting into the Operations Director, and with a strong dotted line into the Managing Director this role will provide the successful candidate with the chance to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team whilst also driving cultural change within the business.
Key Duties and responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will include:
1. Help shape and align people plans to deliver strategic objectives.
2. Advise the Senior Leadership Team on HR best practice, legislation and external trends to influence organisational direction.
3. Coach and influence people managers and leaders and take an active role in the development of their skills.
4. Review, recommend, improve and/or implement continuous improvements to HR infrastructure, processes and policies.
To be considered for this role we require candidates with the following:
5. CIPD Qualification
6. Working knowledge of improving HR processes and procedures
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at Senior Leadership level
8. Proven problem solver with the ability to work autonomously.
9. IT literate, proficient in Word, excel & Powerpoint
In return the successful HR Business Partner will receive the following:
10. £55,000 - £60,000 base salary
