Business Development Manager (OTE £50K)

Access Displays Ltd is an award-winning supplier of exhibition, display and visual presentation solutions, celebrating 35 years in business and following a record year of growth.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong industry knowledge to drive new business growth across our full range of exhibition, display and graphic solutions.
This is a fully remote role with no geographical restriction.
The Role
This is a consultative, solution-led B2B sales position requiring both commercial drive and technical product understanding.
You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, developing key accounts and delivering tailored display solutions across sectors including education, healthcare, museums, retail, corporate environments and events.
Our portfolio includes:
* Standard and bespoke display cases
* Modular exhibition and display systems
* Exhibition panels and display boards (sales and hire)
* Lightboxes and illuminated displays
* Event and conference furniture hire
* Graphic display solutions across fabric, rigid substrates and vinyl
* Visual merchandising and presentation equipment
You must understand how display structures, graphic production techniques and material selection combine to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert new business opportunities
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
* Provide technical advice on systems, materials and production methods
* Prepare quotations and close profitable sales
* Produce client visuals using AI tools (training provided)
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Develop long-term, repeat client relationships
Essential Experience
* Proven B2B sales experience within exhibitions, display systems, events or large-format graphics
* Strong knowledge of graphic production processes and materials (fabric graphics, Foamex, Dibond, acrylic, vinyl, lightbox graphics, etc.)
* Experience selling both standard and bespoke solutions
* Familiarity with hire equipment for conferences and temporary exhibitions
* Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and close business
This is not a transactional role. We are seeking a commercially driven, technically credible professional who can deliver complete display solutions.
