Pay
The rate of pay is:
* Days £15.26 per hour
* Nights £17.55 per hour
Working hours
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
* 8am to 4pm
* 10pm to 6am
This role is subject to a clear standard DBS/background check being received.
Your Time at Work
As an IT Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Assist in the diagnostics and repair of hardware/software failures and user-generated issues
* Maintain good and safe housekeeping standards in the site areas
* Comply with company-dictated procedures in the handling of computerised devices, data security and protection
* Maintenance of equipment, specialist repairs/modifications, upgrades, software/hardware enhancements within own capabilities

* Imaging and deployment of technologies for Windows 10/11
* Installing and configuring Microsoft 365 Applications
* Network installations and comms cabinet patching
* Windows Server (Apply online only)
* Active Directory management
* IP address management through DNS & DHCP
* Group Policy Management
* Virtualisation technology, Hyper-V, or VMware
