About the Financial Services Senior Consultant Role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take a hands‑on leadership role across several key accounts. You’ll act as the day‑to‑day strategic advisor to clients, driving creative, high‑quality communications programmes that protect and enhance reputation, support capital‑raising or M&A activity, and engage key stakeholders across media, investors and policymakers.
Key responsibilities
* Leading client relationships in financial and real assets sectors, providing senior counsel and strategic oversight.
* Developing and executing integrated communications and reputation management strategies.
* Managing complex, multi‑stakeholder briefs across corporate, financial and digital channels.
* Overseeing and mentoring junior consultants, ensuring best‑in‑class delivery.
* Producing and quality‑checking high‑level content including press materials, thought leadership and investor communications.
* Maintaining strong relationships with national, business, and trade media.
* Contributing to new business efforts, identifying growth opportunities and supporting pitches.
Senior Consultant Candidate Profile

* Multiple years experience in corporate or financial communications agency‑side.
