The client has a complex cardiac, gastrointestinal, and respiratory history, requiring a well-coordinated, highly reliable nursing service. Care is delivered within a private residence, supported by a small, established nursing team. The household also includes a small, friendly dog, and applicants should be comfortable working in a home environment. About the Role In this role, you will: Provide clinical leadership and professional oversight of the private nursing team, managing the rota to ensure we have the correct mixture of clinical skills Take full responsibility for stock, consumables, equipment, and medication logistics Ensure policies, care plans and risk assessments are implemented consistently Liaise discreetly with family members, clinicians, and suppliers as required This is a role where your private nursing experience will really make a difference.
