The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining 2D/3D CAD drawings, and other related documents. They will have a strong understanding of CAD software and be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
* Ensure that drawings meet quality and technical standards, as set by the client.
* Act as a supporting partner between the client and internal stakeholders.
* Communicate with engineers, designers, project staff and the end customer.
* Read and interpret engineers' drawings.
* Keep accurate records of different versions of your design work, ensuring document control at all times.
* Experience of working with CAD software, particularly AutoCAD
* Experience of Building Information Modelling and associated BIM software’s, particularly Revit
* Design skills and knowledge
