REQUIRED – a SEND Learning Support Assistant for a child with additional learning needs.
We are a good school looking to appoint a professional, dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our school as part of our SEND Team.
We can provide happy, enthusiastic children who are all keen to learn in our inclusive, supportive working environment. We are looking for someone who:
1. Truly enjoys working with children and is completely motivated by the desire to support them in reaching their full potential
2. Has previous experience of working with children with additional learning needs
3. Has experience of providing opportunities to develop a child’s early reading and writing skills
4. Has an excellent knowledge and understanding of childhood development
5. Can engage effectively and confidentially with parents/carers and their families
6. Is able to think creatively when finding solutions and problem solving
7. Is caring, kind and friendly to all
8. Can work as part of a team: including both the wider school community and external agencies
9. Is committed to ongoing professional development
