Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others? We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our nursing home in Sheffield.
Position Details:
* Salary: £11.65 - £12.20 per hour (depending on NVQs)
* Hours: 36 hours per week
* Shift Times: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
* Schedule: Includes alternate weekends
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality care and support to our residents during the night.
* Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
* Monitoring residents' health and ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Responding to call bells promptly and efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate records of care provided during the shift.
* Supporting the emotional well-being of residents by creating a safe and caring environment.
What We're Looking For:
* A warm, caring, and patient nature.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (beneficial for higher pay rate).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to providing person-centered care.
