Mission:
As a UAV Propulsion Engineer you'll be at the forefrontof design, development and optimization of ourpropulsion systems to maximize endurance, reliability and performance.
What will be your responsibilities:
* Design, analyze and optimize propulsion systems for UAS platforms.
* Evaluate and integrate motors, propellers, powertrains and energy storage systems
* Conduct performance modelling, thermal analysis and system-level studies to improve platform efficiency
* Develop and execute test plans - from component level bench testing to validation
* Work in a cross-functional team to ensure system integration
* Contribute to the evolution of propulsion architectures that maximize endurance and payload efficiency
Profile and requirements:
* Degree (BEng / MEng or higher) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
* Strong understanding of Aerodynamics, Thermodynamics, Motor Design and Power Systems
* Hands on experience with UAV / UAS Propulsion integration preferable (motor controllers, battery systems)
* Proficiency with simulation and analysis tools (e.g. MATLAB, Simulink, ANSYS, Solidworks)
* Collaborative and pragmatic approach willing to work in a cross-functional environment.
