Working hours:
9. Full time
10. Monday to Friday 9.00am–5.00pm
11. Flexitime and some remote working (after probation period)
What we’re looking for:
12. Previous experience managing HMO properties is essential
13. Strong knowledge of property compliance, lettings legislation and student housing
14. Excellent organisation and time management skills
15. Confident communicator, with tenants, landlords and contractors alike
16. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
17. IT proficient
Key duties for the HMO Property Manager role:
18. Manage a portfolio of student HMO properties across Norwich
19. Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation (including licensing, fire safety, and EPCs)
20. Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and the in-house maintenance team
21. Carry out property inspections, check-ins and check-outs
22. Coordinate repairs, refurbishments and general property upkeep
23. Handle tenancy renewals, rent queries and deposit negotiations
24. Support tenants with advice on maintaining the property and meeting responsibilities
25. Maintain accurate records and reports with support from your administrator
