A respected and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join its busy Commercial Property department. This full-time, office-based role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal team known for delivering high-quality services to both individual and business clients.
About the Role
You'll play a key part in supporting fee earners and ensuring the smooth running of property transactions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple deadlines, producing accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with regulatory
Responsibilities
* Act as a first point of contact for client queries, ensuring a professional and positive experience
* Draft correspondence, contracts, and property-related documents with precision and care
* Manage multiple versions of legal documents, maintaining version control and using tracked changes effectively
* Maintain electronic case files to a high standard, supporting a paper-light working environment
* Ensure all case files meet internal procedures and external regulatory requirements
About You
* Proven experience in a legal administrative or secretarial role, ideally within property law
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with case management systems
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documentation
* A relevant qualification in legal secretarial work or business administration is desirable
