Job Title: Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Exeter. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Psychology or a related field, especially those passionate about careers in Teaching, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Speech and Language Therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support primary-aged students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), working with them individually or in small groups (up to 5 students).
2. Implement behaviour management strategies to assist students with socialisation, routines, and emotional regulation.
3. Assist students with academic and pastoral support to help them reach their full potential.
4. Build positive relationships with students and staff to foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Additional Details:
* Position: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, during term-time
* Ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Teachers, or related professionals
