Key Responsibilities of the IT Lead:
* Leading day-to-day IT operations across both factory and office areas
* Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries, providing fast and calm troubleshooting
* Managing technical escalations and working closely with external IT partners
* Handling PC builds, resets, hardware fixes, and general maintenance
* Supporting new starters — equipment setup, access, onboarding, and training
* Upskilling teams in effective use of IT systems and tools (including SharePoint)
* Ensuring cyber security software is monitored, maintained, and up to date
* Delivering cyber awareness training to help strengthen the site’s security culture
* Maintaining clear IT documentation, records, and procedures
* Working hand-in-hand with colleagues from all areas of the business to keep operations running smoothly
About You:
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy a role that blends technical skill with people-focused support. You are:
* Experienced in IT support or an IT Lead role
* A confident troubleshooter who stays calm under pressure
* Comfortable working in both industrial and office settings
* Skilled with Microsoft systems, hardware, and collaboration tools like SharePoint
* Knowledgeable in cyber security fundamentals and best practice
* A clear communicator who adapts to users with varying levels of IT knowledge
* Organised, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently

* Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–12.30pm
