As an E-Commerce Manager, you will take charge of driving growth through data-led decision making, smart optimisation and innovative digital execution. Your work will directly influence online revenue, customer satisfaction and long-term brand success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, maintain and optimise online stores across several brands — including product setup, pricing strategy, on-site navigation and promotional activity.
* Own and report on essential e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, revenue and customer retention.
* Plan and execute online campaigns aligned with wider marketing and content calendars.
* Collaborate with developers and web teams to roll out improvements, new features and enhanced customer journeys.
* Create, launch and refine product bundles, upsells, cross-sell journeys and high-performing checkout experiences.
* Run continuous A/B testing to optimise landing pages, product pages and purchase flows.
