Evology is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across brand, performance, partnerships, and on-location activations. This role is suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is motivated by building and scaling growth.
You will play a central role in accelerating user acquisition, expanding Evology's parking network, strengthening market positioning, and driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
This role owns both consumer user growth and B2B2C2C demand generation. A core focus will be scaling Evology's driver user base by identifying and executing high-impact acquisition strategies across digital, physical locations, and partnerships, while also supporting commercial growth through strong B2B2C2C demand generation.
You will play a key role in scaling Evology's growth in the UK while supporting expansion into European markets, helping establish a repeatable growth model that can be deployed internationally. You will have full ownership of the marketing function, from strategy through execution and optimisation, working closely with Sales, Product, and leadership.
